We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as an IT Generalist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance across various areas of IT operations. The ideal candidate is versatile, adaptable, and passionate about technology.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely manner.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and other IT infrastructure.

• Manage and maintain company-wide software applications and licenses.

• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in operating systems, such as Windows and macOS.

• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.

• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus.
